We host a varied and regular flow of events throughout the year. These events are a mixture of evening presentations and social events, local outdoor projects, walks and visits further afield to places of interest. If you know of new topics or fresh approaches to events, visits and projects, the Committee would like to hear from you. Reports on those events can be found using this link.
Perhaps one of the most enjoyable and interesting presentations we have received this year. Mary Smith, past headmistress of Maidstone School who has collected stories from children, art-work by the Art Teacher during the War, and recollections of their childhood by past pupils. Mary painted a unique, lively and creative picture of life at a time of great drama to local families and their children. Report.
