Dates for Your Diary

Hedge Laying Project in Cambridge Lane - We still need as many hands as possible at various dates before March (when the nesting season starts in earnest). Bob Baxter on 521515, John Jackson on 522938 or Neil Anderson on 886198. Most Sundays from 11 am to 1pm or longer if energy continues! Opportunites to join in at any skill level or watch this traditional craft.
Also there is an appeal out for hazel wands (probably two years of growth, the width of your thumb), for use to tie in the top of the hedge as it is laid. Please let us know if you have access to such wands
