Sparkling Wines

The "skewed" crate contains the sparkling wine and slowly rotates it to make sure the sediment falls to the neck of the bottle.  The neck is frozen, the cap removed, the ice and muck is jetisonned, and a cork is inserted - all this takes less than ten seconds.
